Programs and Services

Membella Care LLC participates in various programs that support individuals with disabilities and specialized needs, including:

  • Katie Beckett Program (Part B) – provides services and support to children with disabilities or complex medical needs so they can receive care at home instead of institutional settings.
  • 1915(c) HCBS Waiver – The 1915(c) Home and Community-Based Services Waiver allows individuals with disabilities to receive care and support services in their communities rather than in institutional environments.
  • Family Model Residential Support – This program allows individuals to live in a family-like environment while receiving supervision and assistance with daily activities.
  • Semi- Independent Living Services -These services help individuals who can live independently but still require guidance and support for certain aspects of daily living.
  • Supported Living Services – Supported living services help individuals maintain independence while receiving assistance with personal care, household tasks, and community participation.
  • Non-Homebound Services – We assist individuals who are active in the community but require supportive services to maintain independence.
  • ECF CHOICES – Membella Care LLC participates in Employment and Community First CHOICES, which provides services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

  • Community Living – Community living programs help individuals develop independence and participate in everyday community activities.
  • Support – Family Model – This service allows individuals to receive structured care within a family-style living arrangement that encourages stability, safety, and social interaction.
